Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python on AWS cloud
Build and operationalize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases
Develop and manage ML pipelines , model training, evaluation, and deployment workflows
Implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
Leverage AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, and Product teams to integrate AI capabilities
Ensure performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization of AI solutions
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for ML and application deployments
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Python development
Strong hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs)
Prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Model evaluation, fine-tuning, and MLOps practices
AWS SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch
API Gateway, IAM, Step Functions
SQL / NoSQL databases
CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps tools
Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, Chroma)
Exposure to NLP, Deep Learning, and AI model optimization
Knowledge of data engineering pipelines and ETL workflows
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Enterprise SaaS
