Responsibilities

First-level supervisory position accountable for overseeing technical support to construction projects, traffic control and safety, research and development, roadway design, right of ways, testing, transportation planning and bridges
Inspect concrete plants and mix designs, inspect and supervise paving and bridge construction, and conduct more complex tests on construction materials
Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline

Required
