Customer Service Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage 50–60+ customer conversations per day across phone, text, email, and chat
Manage inbound and outbound leads and guide homeowners step-by-step through the Redy process, building trust and confidence
Convert leads into activated listings through consultative sales conversations
Activate listings and support homeowners and agents through proposal completion
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets
Respond to new leads quickly to maximize close rates
Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and pipeline updates
Follow daily workflows, scripts, and sales processes to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency
Surface customer insights and objections to help improve messaging and conversion rates

Required

2–5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a high-volume customer-facing role and are committed to providing excellent customer service
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Experience working remotely with a reliable, dedicated workspace
Proven success in a sales or customer-facing role with a track record of meeting quotas
You're comfortable on the phone and enjoy persuasive, outcome-driven conversations
You're motivated by goals, metrics, and clear performance expectations
You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and don't let opportunities slip
You're extremely organized, detail-oriented, and skilled with time management, able to manage multiple conversations at once
You're tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRMs and SaaS tools
You're a natural problem-solver, take feedback well and want to continuously improve your close rate

Preferred

CRM experience (HubSpot or similar preferred)
Real estate market/industry interest, experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required - we value aptitude and mindset over industry background
