The FinTech Specialist is responsible for maximizing payment attachment for newly sold and newly implemented customers, focusing on execution excellence and process adherence during onboarding and implementation.

Responsibilities

Own payments conversion for all net-new customers

Conduct structured payments discovery and pricing alignment during onboarding

Deploy and track payment applications from the first discussion through approval

Proactively follow up on incomplete or stalled applications

Coordinate with Risk and Payments Ops to unblock underwriting issues

Reinforce FieldPulse Payments as the default during implementation

Ensure every fintech opportunity is explicitly closed-won or closed-lost

Log outcomes, objections, and learnings to continuously improve process
