Responsibilities
Oversees the Division dock area
Provides chain of command of delivery of goods to appropriate lab, thru delivery
All incoming shipments are delivered in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness of the dock and stock/cage areas
Supports the activities of other Property Officers within the Division
Develops and maintains Microsoft Excel and Word documents as requested by management team
Collects data and monitors metrics used for quality assurance and compliance programs
Assists with gas cylinder delivery and set-up
Follows laboratory safety policies
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Professional, polite, attentive to details
Understands the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Preferred
Strong organizational skills, keen eye to detail
Computer Literacy/Data entry experience
Understand confidentiality requirements (HIPAA)
Perform MS Excel, Word, Power Point functions
Strong customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication
