Responsibilities
Bring ideas into the world—Produce bold, cross-functional experiences that help define what’s next for Retail—rooted in storytelling, design, and intent. Partnering with creative, marketing, programming and technology teams to ensure the final work tells a compelling story and aligns with strategic goals
Drive clarity and momentum—Keep teams moving with clear roadmaps, milestones, action items, and shared understanding of goals and timelines. Define clear processes and workflows to ensure projects run smoothly
Lead ambiguity with structure and focus—Set teams up for success by defining scopes, staffing plans, assessing scope changes and recommending solutions to resolve production and logistical issues as they arise
Simplify the complex—Turn evolving ideas into tangible plans—capturing decisions, aligning on priorities, and clarifying the path forward
Own leadership-facing deliverables—Drive preparation for leadership reviews, stakeholder updates, and presentations that articulate progress, priorities and needs
Flex with intention—Adapt confidently across project types—bringing structure, creativity, and follow-through to every stage of the work
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in creative production, content development, or experiential marketing to ensure familiarity with experience design and creative workflows
Skilled in defining project scope, identifying resource needs, estimating project costs and building alignment
Proven success delivering large-scale creative projects across multiple teams
Excellent communicator with ability to drive clarity and connection across complexity
