Qualification
Required
Strong Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
1-3 years of experience in Financial Services
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic understanding of Finance and financial planning concepts
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with relevant software, such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
