Demand Generation Specialist
SmartSights is a global leader in industrial analytics and software solutions. They are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to execute and optimize lead generation programs, collaborating closely with various teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities
Paid media execution: Work with marketing team to build, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Search and AIEO campaigns (audiences, copy, creatives, extensions) with weekly & monthly roll-up metrics
Email & nurture: Create copy, workflows, and multi-touch nurtures to support internal sales team and partner network. Work with Marketing Analyst to manage forms, UTMs, and progressive profiling
Webinars & events: Work with sales & marketing on pre & post-event campaigns and follow-up copy
Lead routing & conversion: Keep UTM discipline, ensure correct campaign association in Salesforce, and partner with sales on follow-up SLA. Ensure proper lead capture, attribution, and distribution between internal sales team and partners
Reporting: Manage weekly dashboard data (spend, CTR/CVR, CPL, MQLs), plus insights and next-step experiments to Marketing Director and VP of Sales. Track SQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates ensuring clean data, reporting consistency, and funnel visibility
ABM: Execute retargeting plays for priority accounts using provided account lists and messaging
Content pairing: Match existing assets (case studies, briefs, recorded demos) to the right audience and funnel stage; flag gaps to the Marketing Coordinator. Enable faster deal progression by aligning mid-funnel campaigns to active opportunities
Partner demand generation: Work closely with Partner Sales teams to plan and execute joint demand generation initiatives; coordinate co-branded campaign toolkits, joint promotion plans, and shared lead follow-up responsibilities; track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2–3 years in B2B SaaS demand gen, growth, and campaigns
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads-GA4 (building campaigns, audiences, and optimizations)
HubSpot (lists, workflows, emails, forms, lead scoring) and Salesforce reporting basics

Simple HTML/CSS for page tweaks in WordPress or Similar

Strong fundamentals in UTMs, tagging, and funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, MQL → SQL)
Organized with clear written communication and ability to multi-task
Understanding of partner-led and indirect go-to-market models
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-moving environment and operate effectively with minimal oversight
Preferred
industrial/manufacturing exposure is a plus
