Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner, owning and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
Define, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Partner closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and delivery
Lead and facilitate workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and stakeholder reviews
Drive UAT planning and execution, including test scenario review, defect triage, and sign-off
Support feature enhancements and new feature additions across releases
Collaborate with global teams, requiring flexibility for early morning and late evening calls
Influence and align cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Ensure integration requirements are clearly defined and validated across systems
Promote Agile best practices and value-based delivery
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
Strong experience with traditional Product Owner responsibilities
Proven expertise in business requirement gathering and documentation
Proven expertise in user story writing and backlog management
Proven expertise in stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience managing UAT in complex environments
Strong experience working on system integrations
Ability to run effective workshops and clearly document outcomes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce platform, including large-scale CRM implementations
Exposure to AI, Agentforce, or intelligent automation solutions
Experience supporting global enterprise applications
Product Owner Certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent)
Hospitality industry experience (strongly preferred)
Experience with Owner Lifecycle, Property Management, or related domains
