Lithko Contracting is one of the nation's largest concrete contractors, and they are seeking a Concrete Construction Intern to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. The intern will gain hands-on experience and be introduced to various phases of work while working closely with managers and mentors.

Responsibilities

Actively utilize your resources, including managers and mentors, to understand the project scope and schedule and the plans for safety and quality

Impact the project by developing plans to execute work objectives, track your progress, and replan based on feedback and performance

Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives

Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process

Your specific duties will evolve as your skills and interests develop. Throughout your internship, you may be responsible for: field engineering (line and grade), forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place finish, prep & forming structural slabs, production tracking, quantity take-offs, slab on grade prep, slab on metal deck prep, and more!
