Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations related to the maintenance, repair, and functionality of properties

Schedule and supervise maintenance staff

Coordinate preventative maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations

Manage vendor relationships

Oversee work orders and repairs

Conduct property inspections

Manage budgets related to facility repairs and planning

Contribute to efficient and cost-effective facility operations

Required

Proficiency in property management operations, including maintenance scheduling, preventative maintenance, and inspection processes

Excellent communication and leadership abilities for supervising maintenance staff and engaging with residents and stakeholders

Preferred

Proficiency with facility management software or related tools is a plus

Relevant certifications, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), and previous experience in property or facilities management are advantageous
