Qualification
Required
Proficiency in property management operations, including maintenance scheduling, preventative maintenance, and inspection processes
Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements
Experience in vendor coordination, contractor management, and budget oversight
Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities for supervising maintenance staff and engaging with residents and stakeholders
Preferred
Proficiency with facility management software or related tools is a plus
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), and previous experience in property or facilities management are advantageous
