Qualification
Required
Experience with banking systems development, including nCino
Strong hands-on technical expertise to lead solution delivery for commercial lending platform
Ability to elicit, capture, and assist with translating business requirements and architectural design into technical requirements
Experience in guiding, mentoring, and supporting the development team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
