Responsibilities
Manage heavy civil and utility construction projects from award through closeout
Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change management
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and material deliveries
Review plans and specifications and support constructability reviews
Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget
Support project documentation, billing, and closeout activities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or utility construction
Experience with underground utilities, water and sewer pipelines, storm drainage, or site civil work
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects or a single large project
Preferred
Knowledge of Georgia DOT, municipal, or county infrastructure projects
