Responsibilities

Develop and manage category sourcing strategies

Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and selection processes

Conduct cost and market analyses to support sourcing decisions

Oversee supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost metrics

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity and innovation

Implement and monitor Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models

Lead contract negotiations to ensure optimal terms and risk mitigation

Oversee the contract lifecycle management process

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Identify and execute cost savings and avoidance initiatives

Develop and implement continuous improvement projects

Support PR-to-PO cycle time reduction and order volume optimization

Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to support product development and operational goals

Contribute to cross-functional KPIs and sourcing strategy alignment
