Responsibilities

Manage multiple automotive programs end-to-end, from proposal through last-part delivery
Act as the primary customer interface, delivering updates and managing expectations
Lead APQP activities and align internal and customer milestones
Own program budgets, costs, schedules, and performance metrics
Coordinate engineering builds, prototypes, and pre-production volumes
Partner with ERP-, CRM-, and data-driven tools to track execution
Manage customer timelines and schedules using MS Project

Required

Proven experience (5+ years) managing multiple automotive programs simultaneously

Strong ownership of budget, cost, and schedule management
Advanced use of MS Project and Excel-driven reporting
Experience working within ERP and CRM systems
