Account Executive
Ikon Technologies is a technology solutions company that provides innovative services to automobile dealers. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow relationships within an existing portfolio of dealership partners, focusing on driving revenue growth through established relationships and referrals.

Responsibilities
Own and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of dealership accounts
Drive same-store sales growth through program adoption, optimization, and performance reviews
Stabilize and retain accounts while improving performance at underutilized or underperforming locations
Leverage existing dealer relationships to source warm introductions and new dealership clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate internal resources to support dealer success
Maintain a strong presence and professional credibility within the dealer community
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience within automotive dealerships (F&I, operations, or fixed ops preferred)
4+ years of account management, territory management, or consultative sales experience
Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and generate new business through trusted relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable owning outcomes, operating independently, and managing a territory
Willingness to travel regionally as needed
