Responsibilities
Assist in configuring shopfloor systems based on Customer Requirement Documents (CRDs), with guidance from senior engineers
Support serial number assignment and sticker generation for accurate component tracking
Monitor basic shopfloor scanning activities and escalate issues such as misplacements or incorrect numbers to higher-level engineers
Update system data daily under supervision to reflect part supply changes
Provide support to Process Engineers and production staff by documenting issues and reporting recurring errors
Learn and apply database and data integrity concepts in a production environment
Qualification
Required
Foundational knowledge of data management; familiarity with SQL or similar tools is preferred
Basic understanding of hardware or manufacturing processes
Ability to follow instructions and learn troubleshooting techniques for system-related errors
High attention to detail and process consistency
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
1–3 years of relevant experience in data management, production support, or manufacturing
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to access and navigate various departments within the organization's facilities
