Initiate client interactions via phone to understand their needs
Schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone) for comprehensive discussions
Design personalized insurance quotes to meet each client's needs
Present effective solutions to close sales and provide customized insurance plans
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, either as a professional or a newcomer
Ability to collaborate with seasoned mentors
Skills to initiate client interactions via phone
Capability to schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
Ability to design personalized insurance quotes
Skills to present effective solutions to close sales
Eligibility to work as a U.S. Citizen
Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
Ability to work on a commission-based compensation structure
