Lead structured discovery conversations across tax, financial, and planning needs
Translate unstructured financial information into a clear, client specific plan
Manage the full sales cycle in RedTail (CRM) with disciplined documentation and follow-through

Required

Strong financial literacy (financial statements, tax returns, etc)
