HR Operations Coordinator
Good Carma Consulting LLC is a boutique HR consulting firm focused on supporting small nonprofits and startups. They are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to manage HR-related tasks across multiple clients, ensuring the execution of HR initiatives and maintaining accurate HR documentation.

Responsibilities
Own and execute HR-related tasks across multiple clients based on defined action items and project plans
Manage HR work from start through completion, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
Support execution of HR initiatives including:
Employee handbook and policy development and updates
Onboarding and offboarding processes
Compliance follow-ups and documentation
Coordination of HR trainings
Payroll-adjacent HR coordination
Track progress, flag risks or blockers, and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate HR files, documentation, and HRIS records
Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and sound judgment
Manage tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across 8–15 active client engagements
Keep client work organized in Asana, ensuring timely completion
Proactively prioritize work across clients and shifting timelines
Coordinate schedules, trainings, and logistics as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teammates and client stakeholders
Review inbound applications and support sourcing for select client roles
Conduct phone and video screens
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
Assist with job postings, offer letters, and hiring logistics
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or project support
Strong organizational skills with a proven record of follow-through
Ability to take ownership without needing step-by-step direction
Comfort managing multiple priorities, systems, and deadlines simultaneously
Clear communicator with sound judgment and strong attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable raising questions early
Experience with or willingness to learn: Google Workspace, Asana, Slack and Zoom, HRIS platforms (ADP, Gusto, Rippling, TriNet), ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred
Consulting or multi-client experience strongly preferred
