Responsibilities
Handle, process, and mix chemicals in a laboratory setting
Work with lab instrumentation such as FTIR, Instrons, DSC, Microtrac, titrators, & HPLC
Sample and test raw materials, propellants, liners, and explosive mixes
Prepare and collect raw test data
Perform complex mathematical calculations
Clean, assemble and dismantle test hardware, test equipment, and test apparatus
Perform laboratory support activities such as instrument calibration, cleaning, inventory, inspections, and material handling
Generate laboratory test reports, retain test data, and disseminate test reports
Generate, review, modify, and submit lab documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant chemistry lab experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related chemistry lab experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related chemistry lab experience
