Responsibilities

Perform visual and destructive weld inspections to ensure compliance with AWS D1.1/D1.5, ASME, and DOT standards

Monitor welding operations and ensure procedures and personnel are qualified

Identify and document weld defects and non-conformities

Conduct MT and UT inspections where certified

Maintain accurate inspection records and generate professional reports using our proprietary software, designed to report welding and NDT inspections

Verify and review WPSs, PQRs, and Welder Certifications

Contribute to quality documentation systems

Work closely with project managers, welding engineers, and NDT staff

Participate in process optimization reviews and corrective action reports
