Responsibilities
Receive consistent inbound leads to work, convert, and turn into closed deals
Focus on clients and negotiations, not filling forms and organizing documents
Get involved in pricing, negotiations, deal structure, and closing deals
Qualification
Required
Valid Real Estate License (can be in the process or about to start the process of getting one)
Comfortable talking to people on the phone and in person - you're going to do this a lot!
A drive to achieve more, to help people, and to make money doing it
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with the Hoboken and Jersey City area is a plus but if not you will learn
