Responsibilities
Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimates using tools such as Agtek 4D and Bluebeam (training provided)
Support subcontractor RFQs, bid comparisons, and bid-day activities
Assist with project scheduling updates, coordination with utilities and subcontractors, and day-to-day field support
Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documents
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Internship or co-op experience in construction is a plus
Familiarity with Agtek 4D or Bluebeam is a plus, but not required
