Qualification
Required
Strong sales and business development skills, including account management and lead generation
Proven ability to create and execute strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in building client relationships
Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and hotel operations
Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and reporting
Leadership abilities, teamwork, and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
Experience in the hospitality sector, particularly within sales or revenue management, is an advantage
Proficiency in CRM software and hotel sales systems is highly desirable
