Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and support to the residential clinical team, including consultation, guidance on complex cases, and support with clinical decision making
Support development, refinement, and implementation of clinical workflows to promote consistency, efficiency, and high-quality care delivery
Serve as liaison between clinician and interdisciplinary partners to support coordinated treatment planning and communication
Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary leadership team, contributing clinical perspective to program discussions, problem solving and improvement initiatives
Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, treatment planning, treatment documentation, and therapeutic interventions as needed
Support onboarding and ongoing training of clinical staff, modeling best practices and reinforcing agency policies and procedures
Facilitate or support clinical team meetings, case consultations, and collaborative care discussions
Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes, documentation practices, and team workflows; share feedback and recommendations with program leadership
Support alignment of clinical practice with SummitStone policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements
Foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture that promotes learning, accountability, and high quality client care

Required

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Minimum of three years of experience in a residential or behavioral health treatment setting
Demonstrated experience providing clinical services in a multidisciplinary environment
Experience supporting or informally leading clinical teams, mentoring peers, or contributing to workflow or practice development
Current professional license in appropriate discipline required – LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required
CPR and First Aid certifications required
