Responsibilities
Investigate suspected payment card fraud and financial crimes from detection to resolution
Acquire, preserve, and analyze digital evidence using forensic tools
Monitor transaction data and security alerts via SIEM and fraud detection systems
Implement monitoring systems to detect anomalies (failed transactions, suspicious IP/device activity)
Perform log and SIEM analysis for web and payment logs
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and law enforcement teams for case management
Contribute to incident response planning and forensic readiness assessments
Mentor junior analysts and stay updated on emerging fraud tactics and cybersecurity trends
Qualification
Required
8–10 years in cybersecurity with focus on payment fraud detection and digital forensics
Strong knowledge of ISO, CIS, NIST, CSF, and SCF frameworks
Hands-on experience with forensic tools (EnCase, FTK) and scripting/data analysis (SQL, Python)
Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting findings
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
