Responsibilities

Maintain security program policies to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations such as 32 CFR, Part 117, and other requirements for all classified programs under purview

Conduct security-related employee briefings, including indoctrination, debriefings, open storage area protocols, OPSEC, Insider Threat, derivative classification, foreign travel, and routine annual security trainings

Maintain records and databases related to Personnel Security Clearances and accesses

Input employee/contractor information in ENVOY and create badges

Maintain internal databases for classified material and open storage areas

Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and government inspections

Maintain multiple Security databases, including DISS, SIMS and ITAP

Gain knowledge of the Greenville guard duties as well as site protection

Gain knowledge of managing badging systems, alarm systems and security controls
