Responsibilities

Own and deliver UI content across product experiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability

Work directly in Figma, updating text components, collaborating with designers, and ensuring content is production ready

Partner with product designers, researchers, accessibility experts, and product managers to define content strategy and support end-to-end product development

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for two primary user groups:

Billing users: more traditional, transactional workflows

Technical users: managing services, metrics, utilization, and reporting

Contribute to design reviews, content critiques, and cross-functional discussions

Maintain alignment with enterprise content standards and voice guidelines
