Partner with product managers to define business and functional specifications
Create detailed technical specifications with architects and engineering teams
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Lead task delegation and coordinate development activities
Conduct code reviews and enforce testing and quality standards
Evaluate existing systems for performance, scalability, and standards compliance
Research and recommend new technologies to improve reliability and efficiency
Qualification
Required
7+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands-on Java development using J2EE and Spring
5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience
Advanced expertise with Oracle RDBMS, including large and complex datasets
Strong understanding of enterprise application development
Preferred
Proficiency in C++
Experience modernizing legacy systems
Exposure to data-intensive or analytics platforms
