Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer
Develop expertise within a specific vertical and own your niche
Qualification
Required
Currently working as a 360 Search Professional (doing both sales + recruiting) at search firm or staffing firm with a search division
Currently placing talent on a direct hire basis for companies in the Aerospace + Defense industry
Currently placing professional skillsets (i.e. Operations + Supply Chain, Program Managers, Business Development and Sales, HR and Administrative, Technology, Accounting + Finance, Legal, Etc.)
