Responsibilities
Assess how Stripe is currently configured and administered across products. Identify gaps in access control, admin ownership, and integration consistency
Define a standard way to add products to Stripe without creating unnecessary new accounts
Establish repeatable admin, access, and approval processes IT can run
Clarify how the subscription platform usage and Stripe-managed features coexist during the transition
Document the Order-to-Billing process across the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience with Stripe payment processing and configuration
Ability to assess and identify operational risks in payment systems
Skills in defining standardized processes for payment administration
Experience in onboarding new products to payment systems
Knowledge of access control and admin ownership in payment environments
Ability to document processes clearly and effectively
