Assess how Stripe is currently configured and administered across products. Identify gaps in access control, admin ownership, and integration consistency

Define a standard way to add products to Stripe without creating unnecessary new accounts

Establish repeatable admin, access, and approval processes IT can run

Clarify how the subscription platform usage and Stripe-managed features coexist during the transition

Document the Order-to-Billing process across the organization
