This role involves close collaboration with product owners, tech delivery teams, and business stakeholders to manage the backlog and drive value-based delivery in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders
Document business requirements, process flows, and capability mapping
Decompose and refine BRDs
Ensure correct and consensus-driven business requirements
Engage in scrum ceremonies
Work closely with global stakeholders across the GCC region and Europe
Influence, align, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams
Document STM (System Technical Mapping) and requirements for integration work
Support transformation and reimagination of legacy solutions onto the Salesforce platform
Familiarity with Salesforce, including AgentForce and AI capabilities
Ability to challenge platform assumptions and guide business stakeholders using platform knowledge
Qualification
Required
Must be local to Atlanta Metropolitan Area
