Responsibilities
Lead, train, and delegate responsibilities to our talented community associates, ensuring high productivity and performance
Drive financial success by maintaining budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident service requests and conducting thorough community inspections
Embrace our cutting-edge iPad leasing and marketing standards to connect with prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and secure leases
Oversee leasing office associates, fostering their continuous growth in leasing and customer service standards
Create a positive work environment through coaching, cross-training opportunities, and promoting career advancement
Stay updated on market conditions and competition, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing community operations
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless community operations within budgetary guidelines
Manage capital improvement projects, overseeing progress, reviewing scope of work, and approving payments for outstanding results
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or CAM/ARM certification preferred)
Minimum of three years of experience in multi-family or hospitality management, with a strong understanding of community operations
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering on our 'It's About You' customer service standards
Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, handling unexpected challenges with ease
Strong comprehension of legal documents related to lease management and rent collections
Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment
Preferred
