Responsibilities
Diligently work your lead pipeline to generate new opportunities
Consistently demonstrate a good attitude and effort
Don't just meet minimum expectations, but exceed them

Possess a competitive nature that still puts the team first
Collaborate closely with your team to help them reach their goals
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system
Work at our Fort Collins, Colorado, headquarters from 7 am-4 pm MST, Monday through Friday
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated with the ability to handle a high volume of sales calls/emails/texts and follow-up tasks
Strong organizational skills to ensure no prospect or lead falls through the cracks
Team-oriented mindset, with a desire to contribute to the overall success of the team
