Technical Program/Project Manager

Largeton Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program/Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for complex technology initiatives within the EPMO. The role involves overseeing multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated cross-workstream planning and maintain program roadmap
Manage dependencies, critical path, and align milestones to strategic objectives
Supervise workstream PMs, set delivery standards, and ensure consistent reporting and metrics
Collaborate with Architect to align on architecture, interfaces, and technical sequencing
Establish and manage governance (RAID logs, change control, decision forums)
Forecast resource needs, plan backfills, and coordinate onboarding
Coordinate QA/UAT activities, cutover planning, and post-implementation validation
Support budget forecasting, benefit tracking, and recommend trade-offs
Lead stakeholder communications, forums, and decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory (HIPAA), security, and program standards
Serve as Agile Epic Owner as needed; manage multiple projects concurrently

Required

8–12+ years of experience as a Senior PM/Program Manager leading complex technical programs
Proven oversight of other PMs and vendor partners
Strong in dependency management, critical path analysis, and executive-level communication
Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, environments, and operational readiness
QA/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live experience across business and IT teams
Hands-on expertise in governance, metrics, RAID, and change management
Proficient in tools: MS Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft 365 suite
Healthcare or PBM industry experience required; HIPAA knowledge mandatory
Bachelor's degree required (or five years relevant healthcare experience)

Preferred

Familiarity with NCPDP F6 or other healthcare data standards
Project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
Experience leading data-centric or modernization initiatives (EDI, data quality, MDM, analytics)
Project/Agile certification preferred or must obtain within one year of hire
