Human Resources Manager

Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) is seeking an experienced and highly professional Human Resources Manager to lead and support all aspects of the organization’s human resources function. The role involves overseeing HR operations including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan, administer, and manage all human resources functions for the organization
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related matters
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements
Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
Administer performance management processes and provide guidance to leadership
Maintain and manage HR systems, records, and confidential employee information
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to executive leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
