AMT Engineering is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team in Richmond, VA. The role involves supporting VDOT's Central Office with Winter Operation programs and developing related policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide support to VDOT's Central Office, Districts, Residencies, and Area Headquarters in relation to Winter Operation programs and systems

Assist with development of policies and procedures related to winter operations, and applicable systems to include quality control matters

Assist in administering emergency operation policies, procedures, contracts, and applications to both internal and external stakeholders

Required

Candidate should have functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook) at a high level of accomplishment

Experience in independent research, interpret, implement, and monitor policies and programs that aid in the delivery and continuous improvement of the maintenance program

Experience in communicating effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers

Experience in working to complete multiple assignments to meet established timelines

Experience in working in a team environment

Experience in conducting analysis on complex issues and develop analytical reports for a wide range of audiences

Skill in the use of computers and software applications
