Customer Service & Fulfillment Associate
Yearly Co. is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring the smooth, timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing inventory, and preparing outgoing shipments.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with item suggestions, invoice creation, and online checkout
Pull inventory for online orders
Create shipping labels and pack outgoing shipments
Prepare all shipping materials, ensuring materials are well stocked at all times
Prep and manage sizing kits
Process incoming packages and sort mail
Assist with runs from HQ to Retail to replenish inventory
Coordinate and pick up weekly team lunches
Use a monthly budget to order snacks for the office
Qualification
Required
Outgoing personality
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of online sales platforms like Shopify, Shipstation, and Google Drive
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar field
