Business Development Specialist
Rang Technologies Inc is seeking high-energy, ambitious freshers or early-career professionals to build a career in Sales & Business Development within the IT Staffing industry. Responsibilities
Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and outreach to prospective clients (Staffing/IT/Engineering industries)
Generate and qualify leads through research, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Schedule and attend in-person client meetings, presentations, and capability pitches
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline on CRM/ATS
Partner with internal recruitment teams to support client requirements
Track activity metrics and report weekly progress
Maintain professionalism and strong communication at all times
Qualification
