Assist clients in buying and selling, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide clients with up-to-date information
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to expand business opportunities
Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising methods
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate professional (or obtaining one at your own expense)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Learning based, growth-minded
Organized
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
