Responsibilities
Supervise and lead utility installation crews on-site
Plan and schedule daily activities to ensure project deadlines are met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices throughout all work phases
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless operations
Conduct quality control checks on completed installations and address any issues promptly
Manage and track project resources, including materials and equipment
Provide training and support to crew members to enhance skills and safety awareness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Foreman in utility or construction projects
Strong knowledge of utility installation practices and safety regulations
Familiarity with earthwork, topsoil management, clay, and underground installations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience with GPS technology and excavating machinery
