Qualification
Required
Proficiency in teaching and curriculum development in child development or related fields
Strong bilingual communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse student community
Proven ability to manage classroom environments and apply inclusive teaching strategies
Experience in mentorship, academic advising, and supporting student success
Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development theories, and effective pedagogical practices
Master's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
Preferred
Experience teaching in higher education
Coursework in bilingual education
