Responsibilities

Plan and execute B2B owned events and industry conferences from start to finish, aligning event objectives with business goals, target audiences, and brand positioning

Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, AV/production, catering, shipping, registration, staffing, and travel arrangements

Own event budgets, track spend, process invoices, and support vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business stakeholders and marketing partners, providing regular updates, hosting weekly check-ins, and delivering white-glove service to senior audiences

Manage event-related platforms such as registration tools and engagement technologies; ensure seamless attendee experience before, during, and after events

Support post-event analysis, gather feedback, and report event outcomes and ROI to stakeholders

Contribute to event playbooks, checklists, and scalable best practices to improve efficiency and consistency across events
