Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell products/services using proven sales techniques to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Provide solutions for every customer to boost customer service, retention, and customer acquisition
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Track sales and status reports
This position involves one on one sale-based interaction with customers in our Big Box Retail partnership locations
Qualification
Required
Friendly and positive attitude
Great customer service experience along with ability to build customer rapport and relationships
Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in hitting goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, promotional marketing, restaurant, hospitality, or retail
