They are seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to support their O&M Asset Management team by processing data from field maintenance teams and developing scripts to generate KPI metrics for operational performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding projects into RNWBL enterprise management systems

Review engineering drawings and field inspection reports to create digital twins of Utility Scale Power Plants

Develop key performance indicators to improve operational performance and ensure contractual compliance

Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks using Python and/or SQL

Develop data dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with Field Maintenance, Performance Engineering and Operations Center teams to interpret data trends and anomalies

Support documentation of operational processes and workflows

Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms and reports

Participate in team meetings and provide regular status updates on assigned tasks

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or a related technical field

Basic understanding of power generation fundamentals (can identify key components of a PV, Wind, and BESS system from a single-line drawing)

Ability to read and understand construction documents (design drawings, control diagrams, specifications, etc.)

Working knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA, Database Systems, REST API is required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Curiosity about renewable energy, sustainability, and/or power systems

Bachelor's degree

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

Must be able to navigate between various software platforms and tools
