Employee Experience Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Maintain and continually improve policies, and procedures
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and leadership best practices
Work with outside HR provider to manage HR data integrity and reporting, ensuring accurate records and timely compliance filings
Assist with reviewing and approving payroll on due dates
Support payroll and labor allocation setup and ongoing allocation management
Assist with pre-screen interviews for upper-level management candidates as needed
Conduct exit interviews as needed
Work with Training and Talent Development Manager to perform onboarding meetings with new hires (reviewing HR setup, benefits, culture, etc.)
Work with executive team to compile YE compensation survey
Perform HR-related trainings as needed
Perform post-hire check ins with new employees
Champion the company’s mission, values, and culture across all levels of the organization
Develop and execute programs that strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and retention
Lead initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging
Assist in the coordination of company-wide events, appreciation programs, and team-building activities
Gather employee feedback through surveys and check-ins; use data to inform culture initiatives and leadership communication
Partner with leadership to ensure that company culture aligns with business goals and evolving organizational needs
Work with department leaders to ensure clear, consistent internal communication and messaging
Support and lead the annual performance evaluation and goal-setting processes
Perform culture and leadership-related trainings as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with all Presidium employees – perform routine check-ins and touchpoints
Manage Presidium’s tenure program

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity
Strong understanding of HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
Creative thinker with a passion for fostering meaningful, positive workplace culture
Preferred
HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
