Admissions Coordinator
Primrose Schools is a mission-driven brand focused on early education and care. The Admissions Coordinator will support marketing efforts to increase school admissions while managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with marketing efforts to drive revenue, including (but not limited to) maintaining social media presence, updating the school’s website, and local & community outreach
Outbound phone calls to prospects, provide information and schedule tours
Performs school tour for prospective families
Conduct orientation for new families
Events planning for parents & staff engagement
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing information and directing calls as needed
Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an educational or childcare setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, early education, business administration or related field
