Responsibilities
Serve as the primary in-house producer for photo/video needs across marketing, social, and web
Plan and execute shoots: shot lists, simple sets/props, lighting/audio, locations, and talent coordination as needed
Capture product, lifestyle, UGC-style, and BTS content for launches, promos, evergreen, and campaigns
Edit content into finished deliverables: short-form vertical video, product demos, how-tos, testimonials, and web-ready media
Deliver exports optimized by use case (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9; correct compression, thumbnails, captions)
Maintain consistent brand look/feel (lighting style, color, composition, audio quality)
Own the content library: naming conventions, folder structure, metadata, release/usage notes, and backups
Partner with marketing/ecomm/product teams to understand priorities and deliver on deadlines
Keep production moving: manage timelines, reviews, and revisions efficiently
Partner with the Social Media team to align content production with the social/content calendar and active campaigns; identify upcoming asset needs, build shot lists, and coordinate deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Format and deliver assets per platform specifications and accessibility best practices (aspect ratios, safe zones, captions/subtitles, thumbnail considerations)
Qualification
Required
3+ years producing photo/video content for brands (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership)
Strong short-form editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve), including basic color correction and audio cleanup
Strong photo workflow (Lightroom; Photoshop or equivalent retouching)
Proven ability to run efficient shoots: composition, lighting, stabilization, clean audio (lav/shotgun), and fast turnaround
Experience producing product-focused content (demos, detail shots, and clear visual storytelling)
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple requests/priorities
Portfolio required: product + lifestyle photography and edited short-form video examples
Preferred
Ecommerce/DTC experience; understanding what performs on PDPs/landing pages vs. social
Basic motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere templates/MOGRTs; CapCut acceptable)
Paid social creative experience (hook iterations, ad variants, UGC-style concepts)
On-camera comfort or ability to direct talent/creators
Connections in auto/truck/off-road, moto, cycling, and/or golf (creators, communities, clubs, events, media)
